Event Space Rental

Our versatile studio spaces are the perfect setting for your private events, whether you’re planning a gallery exhibit, baby shower, film screening, casting call, or any other gathering. With high ceilings, an open layout, and customizable features, our studios offer the flexibility to create the perfect ambiance for your occasion.

Event Rental Rates

To secure your event rental, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at booking.

Half Day (4 hours)

All elements of your event, including setup, breakdown and vendor pickup and delivery, must happen during your time block of your event.

Full Day (8 Hours)

All elements of your event, including setup, breakdown and vendor pickup and delivery, must happen during your time block of your event.

Add Ons

Photo booth, 360 spin photobooth, event photographer, event videographer, etc. are available for an additional cost.
