FRAME THE SEASON is a studio networking night for sports and entertainment professionals—photographers, videographers, social media creators, broadcasters, and media teams—to connect and turn their 2025 media credentials into a curated collage keepsake.

Attendees will bring their media passes from 2025 and work with us to create a framed collage—layered, intentional, and personal—similar to a credential wall that captures the grind, the access, and the moments that mattered.

While your piece comes together, connect with others who understand the behind-the-scenes life: long days, tight deadlines, big moments, and earned access. No panels. No formal programming. Just a room full of people who speak the same language.

What to Bring:

• Media Credentials / Passes from 2025

  We recommend 15+ passes for the best collage effect. Mix events, teams, leagues, and access levels for visual variety.

• Varied Sizes (If You Have Them)

  Different badge sizes, laminates, wristbands, or lanyard cards work great together and add depth to the collage.

• Your Own Frame (If Selecting BYOF)

  If you’re bringing your own frame, we recommend 11x14”, 16x20”, or 20x24” for the best layout options.

• Optional Extras

  Lanyards, credential backs, or special-access stickers, armbands, can be included if you’d like them incorporated into the design.

Don’t worry if your passes aren’t perfectly uniform — variation is encouraged and part of what makes each piece unique.
