Almost immediately after you finish shooting, you'll get an online selection gallery. From there, you'll select a certain number of images you want to be retouched. The amount depends on your package. If you want to purchase more images for retouching, you may do so via your online gallery by hitting the Shopping Cart icon under the photo you want to buy. Its $15 per additional image.

Your retouched images will come within 24-hours of you selecting your favorites.

If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 24-hours prior to your original session. Your payments will be put towards the new date. You may reschedule using the confirmation email you got when you booked your session. You cannot reschedule within 24-hours of your shoot. If you don't show up, 50% is non-refundable, 50% will be refunded back to you.

You can either... Purchase individual images for retouching at $15/image Upgrade to the larger packages: Quickdraw (8 images) or the Posse Premium (20 images)

It is your responsibility to ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY. If there are open, available time-slots, we will try to reschedule you to a later time, however we cannot guarantee that will be possible. If a new slot is not available, we would shoot the remaining time we have left in your original slot. If the latter occurs, we cannot guarantee that we can achieve the amount of retouched images listed in your package due to the limited shooting time, however we will do our best to do get as many usable photos as possible.

The remaining time and extra photos will go to you and the rest of your party. You and your party are still responsible for paying the full amount of your Posse Package Session. So be sure to confirm with your friends before booking your shoot!

Creative disputes are not grounds for any form of refunds. Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Provider's work and has a reasonable expectation that Provider will perform the Services in a similar manner Consistency. Provider will use reasonable efforts to ensure Client's desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with Provider current portfolio and Provider will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by Client. However, Client understands and agrees that: Every client is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs; Provider services are often a subjective art and Provider has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique; Provider will use its artistic judgment when providing Services for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions; Although Provider will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, Provider shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services;

50% is non-refundable, you will be refunded 50%. If you wish to completely cancel you photo shoot, you must do at least 24-hours in advance of your shoot. You may cancel via the confirmation email you got after booking your session online.
